At Mulcalibration, we strive to offer competitive pricing for our premium Calibration Instruments and industrial tools. Please review the following criteria to understand how our price match policy applies to your recent acquisitions. We reserve the right to update or restrict this policy in the future, with any specific limitations clearly highlighted at the point of transaction. Our goal is to ensure that professional users seeking Electrical Test Instruments or Surveying Equipment receive the best possible value relative to our promotional cycles.

Promotional Windows and 30-Day Price Protection

For standard members and non-resale customers, products that experience a price reduction within 30 days of the original purchase date are eligible for a price adjustment. If an item is part of a time-sensitive event, such as a Holiday Savings Promotion, your request must be submitted while the promotion is still active and within 30 days of your order. Requests received after a promotional window has closed may be declined. Please note that for high-demand items like Pressure Measurement tools, eligibility is limited to the maximum quantity allowed per customer.

Reseller Restrictions and Warehouse Price Parity

Our price match benefits are primarily intended for end-users. Resellers are required to purchase Process Instruments or Welding Equipments during valid promotional dates to secure discounted rates; retroactive adjustments for resellers are generally restricted. Furthermore, mulcalibration.com does not match prices with external retailers or third-party businesses. We also maintain a distinction between our online prices and warehouse-specific rates, as digital orders incorporate shipping and handling logistics that do not apply to direct warehouse pickups.

Policy Discretion and Contact Support

Mulcalibration maintains the right to deny any price match request at our sole discretion to prevent policy abuse and ensure fair distribution of our Temperature Measurement and Torque inventory.
