Whether you are investing in Calibration Instruments, Pressure Measurement tools, or Electrical Test Instruments, we want you to have full confidence in your purchase. If a product does not meet your specific technical requirements or operational expectations, we provide a robust 60-day return and exchange window to ensure your satisfaction and business continuity.

2. Detailed Eligibility Requirements

To maintain the integrity of our inventory and ensure safety standards for all clients, returns for Process Instruments, Surveying Equipment, and Welding Equipments must meet the following criteria:

• Return Period: All requests must be initiated within 60 calendar days starting from the date printed on your official invoice.
• Product Condition: We accept returns for “New” (unopened) and “Slightly Used” items. This allows you to perform initial testing on Electronic Test Instruments or Scales & Balances to verify their performance in your specific environment.
• Packaging Integrity: Products must be returned with all original packaging, including internal protective foam, manuals, calibration certificates, and accessories. The original box must remain intact to ensure the safe transit of sensitive Data Loggers or Torque tools.
• Restocking Policy: We offer a 60-day free-return period where the full product price is eligible for credit. However, Mulcalibration reserves the right to apply a restocking fee if the item is returned with missing components or significant cosmetic wear.

3. Step-by-Step Return and Exchange Procedure

We provide a streamlined logistics process for our partners in Jakarta, Indonesia and Texas, USA. To ensure a fast turnaround for your Temperature Measurement or Power Quality devices, please follow this verified workflow:

1. Formal Authorization: Contact our global support desk at sales@mulcalibration.com. You must provide your Order Number and a brief description of the reason for the return (e.g., technical mismatch or exchange for a different model).
2. Documentation: Once approved, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please ensure this number is clearly marked on the outer shipping carton.
3. Shipping Label: Utilize the pre-printed Return Label found inside your original delivery package. If you have misplaced this label, our team will provide a digital copy via email.
4. Secure Packaging: Place the instrument in its original protective case and then into a sturdy shipping box. Improper packaging of sensitive Dimensional Measuring Tools may void the return eligibility if damage occurs during return shipping.

4. Refund Processing and Exchanges

Upon receiving your returned Preventative/Maintenance gear at our warehouse in either Jakarta or Port Arthur, our technicians will conduct a quality inspection (usually within 3-5 business days).

For Refunds, the credit will be applied to your original payment method (PayPal or Bank Transfer). For Exchanges, we will calculate any price difference for the new instrument and initiate shipping as soon as the returned item is verified. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a documented factory defect or shipping error on our part.
