By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. Our professional-grade tools, including Electrical Test Instruments and Surveying Equipment, must not be used for any unauthorized or illegal purposes. Furthermore, you are prohibited from transmitting any destructive code, viruses, or malware. Any violation of these terms will result in the immediate termination of your access to our Services.

3. General Conditions of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion. You acknowledge that your content (excluding sensitive credit card data) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. However, all payment information is strictly encrypted via 128-bit SSL protocols during transmission to ensure the security of your Process Instruments or Pressure Measurement transactions.

4. Pricing, Shipping, and Duty Obligations

We maintain a transparent pricing structure for our global clientele:

• Taxes & Duties: Listed prices for our Welding Equipments and Power Quality tools include applicable international taxes and duties, which remain our operational responsibility.
• Delivery Errors: If an instrument is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, any processed refund will be issued minus the original shipping and handling fees.
• Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees are strictly non-refundable once the logistics process has been initiated.

5. Product Accuracy and Service Modifications

Prices for our Temperature Measurement and Torque tools are subject to change without prior notice. We have made every effort to display the colors and technical images of our Scales & Balances as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be perfectly accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our Electronic Test Instruments to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our discretion.

6. Billing and Payment Protocols

Mulcalibration reserves the right to cancel any order or limit quantities purchased per person or per household. This applies particularly to Dimensional Measuring Tools and Data Loggers with high market demand. We accept the following secure payment methods:

• Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via PayPal.
• Direct Bank Transfer with an official proforma invoice.

7. Prohibited Uses of the Platform

In addition to standard legal prohibitions, you are forbidden from using the site to:

• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Mulcalibration or others.
