• Standard Flat Rate: A consistent fee of USD 110.00 applies to all global orders.
• Complimentary Shipping: Enjoy Free Shipping on all high-value orders exceeding USD 1,000.00. This incentive is designed to support industries stocking bulk Electrical Test Instruments or heavy-duty Welding Equipments.

2. Processing and Transit Timelines

We understand that project deadlines rely on the timely arrival of your Process Instruments and Surveying Equipment. Our logistics team operates under the following strict timeline to ensure your Temperature Measurement and Pressure Measurement tools arrive as scheduled:

• Daily Order Cut-off: 11:00 AM (GMT+07:00 Western Indonesia Time, Jakarta). Orders placed after this window will be processed the following business day.
• Handling Time: 1-2 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This includes quality inspection and calibration verification.
• Transit Duration: 11-12 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
• Total Estimated Delivery: Approximately 12-14 Business Days from the point of purchase.

For clients in Jakarta, Indonesia or Port Arthur, Texas, we offer a “Local Pickup” option. If selected during checkout, our team will prepare your Power Quality analyzers or Maintenance gear for collection. You will receive an automated email notification as soon as your items are verified and ready at our designated facility.

6. Critical Shipping Disclaimers

Incorrect Address Policy: Accuracy at checkout is vital. If a shipment for Process Instruments is returned due to an invalid address or failure to collect, a re-shipping fee of USD 110.00 will be charged to the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items: If your Surveying Equipment package arrives with visible damage, contact sales@mulcalibration.com immediately with photographic evidence. For packages confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, our team will initiate a replacement or full refund process promptly.
