Inspect embedded and IoT signals with the RIGOL DS7054, a 500 MHz four-channel benchtop digital oscilloscope from the DS7000 Series. Its 10 GSa/s real-time sample rate, 100 Mpts standard record length, 600,000 wfms/s capture rate, and 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen support advanced mixed-signal debugging and IoT power profiling. Sixteen digital channels require the RPL2316 probe.
The DS7054 provides 1 mV/div to 10 V/div sensitivity, AC/DC/GND coupling, and a 500 ps/div to 1,000 s/div time base with ±1 ppm accuracy. Standard serial analysis covers RS232/UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN, I2S, and FlexRay, while the optional two-channel 25 MHz generator can add signal output. Four RP3500A probes are included. USB Host/Device, LXI LAN, HDMI, and USB-GPIB connect it with embedded analysis oscilloscopes.
