Description
Profile IoT power and embedded signals with the RIGOL MSO5074, a 70 MHz upgradable mixed-signal oscilloscope with four analog channels. Its 8 GSa/s real-time sampling, 100 Mpts standard record length, 500,000 wfms/s capture rate, and 9-inch capacitive multi-touch screen support embedded debugging and mixed-signal analysis. Sixteen digital channels require the RPL2316 probe.
The MSO5074 uses 1 mV/div to 10 V/div sensitivity, a 5 ns/div to 1,000 s/div timebase, and ±10 ppm time base accuracy for broad bench measurements. Standard serial bus analysis covers RS232/UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN, and I2S, while 41 built-in measurements support routine checks. USB Host/Device, LAN, and HDMI provide listed interfaces. The optional two-channel 25 MHz generator can extend embedded debug oscilloscopes workflows.
Key Features & Benefits of RIGOL MSO5074
- 70 MHz upgradable bandwidth supports entry mixed-signal embedded debugging
- Four analog channels support simultaneous circuit and power-profile measurements
- 8 GSa/s real-time sampling captures waveform detail during analysis
- 100 Mpts standard record length stores extended waveform captures

Why Buy RIGOL MSO5074
Select the RIGOL MSO5074 when embedded system debugging needs a four-channel touchscreen scope with deep standard memory and standard serial analysis. Its upgradable 70 MHz bandwidth, 8 GSa/s sampling, 500,000 wfms/s capture rate, and 100 Mpts record length support detailed waveform review. The included four PVP2350 probes match the supplied four-channel setup. Digital-channel operation requires the RPL2316 probe, and the function generator is optional rather than standard.
IoT Debug And Warranty Support
The MSO5074 is specified for embedded system debugging, IoT power profiling, and mixed-signal analysis. IEC61010-1:2010 is listed, with a maximum input voltage of 300 Vrms, CAT I. The instrument is identified as originating in China. Four PVP2350 350 MHz probes are included. The supplied specifications do not state a warranty period or recalibration interval. Sixteen digital channels require the RPL2316 probe, and the generator is optional.
